At last the bakery industry in Victoria finally has its own show.

Over 36% of visitors to the previous exhibition listed Bakery Equipment and Ingredients as one of their main areas of interest. Australia's major equipment and ingredients suppliers will come together to showcase the latest equipment, innovations and ingredients for at one central location. Supported by Leading Edge Bakery and Food Service Journal and the Australian Society of Bakers the bakery section has doubled in size to cater for the increased demand.

No longer do you need to travel to interstate shows to see what's new in your industry.
All the big names will be there to demonstrate the latest equipment and products for your business.

A series of free seminars are also being staged to provide up to date information on the latest industry trends and share ideas on how to improve productivity and help increase your profits.

In another first the inagural Australian Artison Baking Cup will be held at the show and will feature teams competing from around Australia.
